Dropshipping Policy

1. Scope and Application

These dropshipping terms and conditions of sale ("Dropshipping Conditions") apply to all transactions conducted through the website https://rioe.business (the "Website"), operated by RIOE Business Pvt Ltd ("we," "our," "us"). These dropshipping Conditions are the sole terms governing the contractual relationship between users of the Website and RIOE Business Pvt Ltd, superseding any other conditions unless expressly agreed upon in writing. By placing an order on our Website, you accept these dropshipping  Conditions in full, without reservation.

We may occasionally update these dropshipping Conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to re-read the terms and conditions before each purchase on the rioe.business site.

2. Prices and Discounts

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change in accordance with applicable laws. Discounts are available on a sliding scale based on the membership purchased:

  • Standard Discounts: All products marketed on rioe.business are entitled to discounts ranging from 0.5% to 12.5% on the wholesaling price.
  • Bulk Order Discounts:
    • Purchases of 5-49 units qualify for a discount.
    • Purchases of 50 or more units qualify for a higher discount.

Discounts are displayed on each product's specification sheet and are subject to change. The discount applicable is the one shown at the time of placing your order.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit Card: MasterCard, Visa.
  • Debit Card: All major Indian banks.
  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks.
  • UPI payment 
  • eWallet Payment
  • Wire Transfer.

Payment must be made at the time of order creations. All payment methods must be pre-authorized by our finance department.

4. Availability of Products

Our products are offered while supplies last. Information on the availability of products comes directly from our suppliers or our manufacturing unit and is accurate at the time of ordering. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you via email promptly. You may cancel orders delayed by more than 15 business days.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Upon receipt of your order, please verify that the delivered products match your order and are undamaged before signing for the delivery. Delivery times may vary based on location and accessibility, with the following options available:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the order confirmation.
  • Express Delivery: For orders placed before 12 pm, delivery will be within 24-48 hours.

Our dispatch team will contact you within 48 hours of dispatching your order via Email, Phone, or SMS.

For any discrepancies or issues with delivery, please report them to us within 30 days from the dispatch date. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier, which may take several days to resolve.

Additional Details:

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • Risk and Responsibility: The risks associated with delivery are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to check the packages for any damages or discrepancies upon receipt.
  • Delayed Delivery: If you do not receive your order within the given time frame, you must file a report with us no later than 30 calendar days following the dispatch of the parcel. An inquiry will be opened with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Claims

If the products received do not conform to the invoice or if there are any discrepancies, the client must notify RIOE Business Pvt Ltd immediately, or at the latest, within three days from the date the order was received. The notification should include the following details to ensure the claim is processed efficiently:

  • Copy of the Invoice:
    • A clear copy of the invoice associated with the order must be provided. This helps verify the purchase details and facilitates the processing of the claim.
  • Description of the Issue:
    • A detailed description of the issue with the product(s). Specify whether the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect compared to what was ordered.
  • Photographic Evidence:
    • Clear photographs of the product(s) highlighting the issue. This visual evidence helps in assessing the claim more quickly.
  • Original Packaging:
    • The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and tags. The original packaging helps verify the product's condition and authenticity.
  • Return Process:
    • The client must initiate a return by raising a ticket through our customer service portal or by contacting us via email at info@rioe.business. Provide all the necessary details mentioned above in the claim request.
  • Inspection and Verification:
    • Upon receiving the claim, RIOE Business Pvt Ltd will inspect and verify the details provided. This process may take a few business days.
  • Resolution:
    • If the claim is approved, RIOE Business Pvt Ltd will either replace the faulty product(s) or issue a refund as per our refund policy. The client will be notified of the resolution via email or phone.
  • Unprocessed Claims:
    • Claims that do not include a copy of the invoice, detailed description, photographic evidence, and original packaging will not be processed. Ensure all required information is provided to avoid delays.

Important Note:

  • The client must report any discrepancies or issues within three days of receiving the order. Claims made after this period may not be considered.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by RIOE Business Pvt Ltd.

7. Returns

Products must be returned in perfect condition, carefully packaged in their original state, with all accessories and without any modifications to their reference and serial numbers. They must have their labels intact, along with any stamps or marks required for resale. The returns process is as follows:

  • Initiating a Return:
    • The client must raise a return request by submitting a ticket through our customer service portal or by contacting us via email at info@rioe.business. Ensure to provide the order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization:
    • Upon receiving the return request, RIOE Business Pvt Ltd will review the request and provide return authorization if the request meets our return conditions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Return Packaging:
    • Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and tags. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Shipping the Return:
    • The client is responsible for the return shipping costs. Send the package via recorded delivery to ensure it can be tracked. The return address is as follows:

  • Return Confirmation:
    • After dispatching the return, provide us with the tracking number and shipping details. This helps us monitor the return shipment.
  • Inspection and Verification:
    • Upon receiving the returned product, RIOE Business Pvt Ltd will inspect the product to verify its condition and confirm that it meets our return criteria. This process may take up to two business days.
  • Refund or Replacement:
    • If the returned product passes inspection, we will proceed with the refund or replacement as per the client's preference:
      • Refund: The refund amount (excluding any packaging costs) will be credited to the client's account or original payment method within two business days.
      • Replacement: If the client prefers a replacement and the same product/model is available in stock, it will be dispatched within the standard delivery timeframe.
  • Non-Qualifying Returns:
    • If the returned product does not meet our return conditions (e.g., used, damaged, or missing accessories), it will be sent back to the client at their expense. No refund or replacement will be provided for non-qualifying returns.

8. Promotional Materials

Promotional materials provided by us may only be used at authorized addresses and must not imply an agency relationship with RIOE Business Pvt Ltd. Written authorization is required to use our brand names or logos.

9. Trademarks

Trademarks are protected by law and international conventions. Their use is prohibited without written consent from the trademark holder.

10. Insurance

Each party is responsible for insuring against loss, theft, or damage of products during transport.

11. Liability Limits

No liability will be accepted for direct or indirect losses or damages. Clients cannot withhold funds for incomplete deliveries or defective goods.

12. Ownership of Property

Ownership of products remains with RIOE Business Pvt Ltd until full payment is received. Clients are responsible for any damages incurred if payment has not been made in full.

13. Cancellation of Sale

In cases of non-payment, the sale will be considered void eight days after notification by registered letter. RIOE Business Pvt Ltd will reclaim the merchandise at the client's expense.

14. Late Penalties

Late payments will incur fees calculated at one and a half times the bank rate, applied retroactively from the delivery date.

15. Default

All outstanding amounts become immediately payable if payment deadlines are missed.

16. Refund, Cancellation, and Subscription Policies

All RIOE Business Pvt Ltd dropship subscription plans include non-refundable setup fees. No refunds will be issued for cancelled subscriptions. All subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew after the end of each paid subscription period.

RIOE Business Pvt Ltd will not issue refunds to customers on the basis of customers not understanding the system requirements, or the presence of compatibility issues, including inadequate software versions. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with a dropship account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

The client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically after the end of each paid subscription period. The client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes (withholding tax, goods and services tax (GST), etc.) or duties imposed by any government entity or collecting agency. In the event Client fails to satisfy its tax and/or duty obligations herein, Client shall reimburse RIOE Business Pvt Ltd upon demand for any taxes and/or duties paid on behalf of Client and shall defend, indemnify and hold RIOE Business Pvt Ltd harmless against any claim and/or liability (including penalties) resulting from Client's failure to pay such taxes and/or duties.

17. Jurisdiction

In the event of a failure to amicably resolve payment, all litigation involving RIOE Business Pvt Ltd and its Clients will be settled exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India, with the applicable law being Indian law. Certain products sold fall under the domain of strategic merchandise and cannot be exported without express written consent from RIOE Business Pvt Ltd.
